Her Health Room | Postpartum Recovery

You survived the birth. Now nobody's telling you what comes next.

Her Health Room is your honest guide to pregnancy, birth, and beyond. The physical, the emotional, and the life nobody prepares you for.

From c-section recovery to pelvic floor, from postnatal anxiety to returning to work exhausted. This is the clarity your 6-week check never gave you.

You come here when something feels off and you need a doctor who actually explains it. Not just what's happening in your body, but why the system so often leaves women confused, dismissed, and doing it alone.

Founded by Dr. Remi, NHS obstetrician, mother of three, and the doctor who tells you what the system doesn't.

I can not respond to personal medical concerns or emergencies in the comments. Please contact your own clinician or emergency services if urgent.
