I'm Lizzy. I'm a certified life coach, dog enthusiast, lawyer, and runner. I help women build self-confidence to step outside of their comfort zones and grow into the women they know they can be. 

For some of us, stepping outside of our comfort zone means sipping a latte -- alone -- at our favorite coffee shop. For others, it means asking for a raise, quitting a toxic job or relationship, or traveling solo. For many of us, it can be simply saying 'no.'

I am here to guide women who want to:
