HelloMyNameIsApp

Welcome to HelloMyNameIs.io.

I started this project after watching story after story from people around the world struggling to find work, especially as AI and automation continue to change how companies hire, filter and replace people.

Too many talented people are sending hundreds of applications into systems that rarely feel human anymore.

I know that frustration personally too. After being laid off, I’ve sent more than 250 applications myself and discovered just how difficult it can be to get a real person on the other side.

HelloMyNameIs is my attempt to change that.

The mission is to make finding work more human again: real opportunities nearby, real conversations, and fewer invisible barriers between people and employers.

This channel is where we share stories, learn from each other, encourage each other and push for better hiring practices.

We may not be able to fix the job market alone.

But together, we can make it harder to ignore the people caught inside it.
