The Hellewell Home and Loan Team

I'm Ammon Hellewell — REALTOR® and licensed loan officer with The Hellewell Home and Loan Team at NextHome People First. Because I'm dual-licensed in both real estate and mortgage lending, financing questions get answered by the person already working your deal instead of being handed to another company.

More than 550 homes sold, 23 of them in the last year. I work the full price range, from a first purchase to high-end luxury — same person on your file either way.

On this channel: neighborhood tours, what homes are actually selling for, financing questions people are too embarrassed to ask, and the parts of a transaction nobody warns you about.

Serving Henderson, Summerlin, Las Vegas, Boulder City, Lake Las Vegas, Southern Highlands, and North Las Vegas. First-time buyers through high-end luxury.
