Cognyfai is an AI-first SaaS startup founded in November 2024 and is dedicated to developing innovative and cutting-edge products that solve critical challenges across various industries in Africa. We leverage AI and digital technologies to solve real-world challenges, enabling our customers to grow with confidence and achieve greater value.

Heimly is our maiden product with a bold mission: to transform how real estate transactions are conducted across Africa, starting with Nigeria. The product was created in response to widespread fraud, distrust, and inefficiencies plaguing the real estate value chain — from rentals to property management and after-sales services.

Heimly was conceptualized and built by a team with backgrounds in Real Estate, Software Engineering, AI, and cloud-native technologies, united by a shared belief that trust should be the default — not the exception — in Real Estate.
