I’m Heidi, a neurodiverse, pre-menopausal woman exploring hiking, outdoor life, and the messy, beautiful overlap between nature and mental health. I’m at the start of my journey, building confidence, learning the ropes, and one day hoping to try wild camping and then multi-day hikes.

This channel is about slowing down, facing fears, and finding small moments of peace in the outdoors. Because sometimes, courage looks a lot like a slow walk uphill.
