Heather Casey | Peak State Fit

You’ve invested in your business. Your health deserves that same intention.

I’m Heather Casey—coach, business owner, and creator of REBUILD 12. I help women who lead build strength, fuel themselves well, and make room for their health in a demanding life.

Here, I share strength workouts, practical nutrition guidance, and honest insights from balancing my own training with running Peak State Fit. We’ll explore building muscle, improving body composition, and supporting lifelong performance with an approach that fits you.

My coaching draws on 25+ years of experience, an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction credential, Precision Nutrition Level 2 certification, and five IRONMAN finishes.

Expect clear explanations, purposeful training, and strategies you can put into practice—even when your calendar is full.
