Hearthstone Bridge

Hearthstone Bridge is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit building a Transitional Housing Facility in Springfield, Ohio. Our mission: transitioning in a warm and positive way.

We are not open yet — and we need community support to get there. Our programs are designed and ready: intake and needs assessment, Individual Service Plans, daily meals, life skills classes, housing navigation, and a four-phase resident pathway (Stabilize → Plan → Place → Aftercare).

On this channel you'll find progress updates, milestones, and ways to get involved.

Corporate sponsors, businesses, churches, and neighbors — any help, small or large, makes a difference.
