Welcome to the Hear Me Roar coaching channel! I am passionate about women's mental health and in particular, maternal wellbeing during pregnancy and postpartum. As a research professor I have 15 years experience working with moms who face multiple barriers to care but I've noticed that the experience of feeling overburdened with "to dos" and not supported, is universal. As women, we aren't usually taught how to confidently ask for what we need and to protect our own energy. This is where coaching comes in!
