Healthy Living Classroom

Welcome to Healthy Living Classroom with Jerry & Brenda!

We believe healthy living should be practical, enjoyable, and something you can actually stick with.

We share how we eat and live without wheat, grains, and added sugar, including high-protein meals, easy food swaps, recipes, breakfast ideas, and the everyday choices that help us stay on track.

We don't believe in complicated diets or perfection. We show you what we actually eat and do—at home, while traveling, and in everyday life.

From finding an easy bread substitute to getting enough protein, enjoying game-day food, or figuring out what to eat when everyone else is having pizza, we're always looking for practical solutions.

We're Jerry & Brenda, and this is Healthy Living Classroom.
