Health, Home, and Happiness

Health Home and Happiness is run by Cara Comini and we believe that a healthy body and mind starts with a healthy gut! We did a gut-healing diet (the Gut and Psychology Syndrome, or GAPS/SCD) for my daughter for autism and were amazed at how the whole family saw near-immediate benefits from the diet.

Since I've seen what a change it's made in my own family, I'm passionate to help you make big, or little, healthy changes in your own family that will provide a lifetime of great health, good moods, abundant energy, and more!

We're also a very *normal* family who doesn't want our whole life to revolve around cooking! I share tips, tricks, hacks, and time saving measures to get the nutrition you need so that you, too, can be a healthy, happy, and active family!

We post new content every Monday to help your family live a healthier, happier life!
