Healing by Nutrition

Welcome to Healing by Nutrition! We are Claudia and Michael, a couple sharing our real-life journey and practical experience with food, cooking, nutrition, and strength training.

Our approach focuses on real food, home-cooked meals and consistent resistance training. We share what we eat, how we prepare our meals, how we train, and what we have learned through our own experience.

Michael has lost 50 kg (110 pounds or 7 stone 12 lb), and we continue to focus on the habits that work for us: simple home cooking, consistent training and a practical approach to everyday life.

We do not claim that one diet or training routine suits everyone. We share our personal experiences to give you ideas to explore and help you make informed decisions about your own lifestyle.

Our content is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
