Healing with Jordan

Welcome to Healing with Jordan, a space for guided meditations, gentle yoga, and honest conversations about healing, growth, and coming home to yourself.

I’m Jordan Beckum, a licensed professional counselor and registered yoga teacher with more than ten years in the wellness space. I help people work through anxiety, understand their attachment styles, heal generational patterns, and rebuild the way they see themselves.

Here you’ll find guided meditations for anxiety, rest, and self-worth, yin and restorative yoga to help you reconnect with your body, and longer talks on the patterns that shape how we love, cope, and show up.

Subscribe to keep growing with me, and visit healingwithjordan.com to explore my groups and offerings.
