My name is Susan Churchill and I created HeART Heals because I believe in the power of physical, mental and emotional balance. My mission is to empower individuals on their journey to life balance through Qigong and Art!

Having helped guide so many beautiful people to take the power back into their own hands and to bring balance, health, and happiness into their lives, I know what it's like to struggle with having a life that's out of control. Years ago, that was my life, and I honestly didn't know who I was anymore. I know what it's like to wake up, facing another day of just trying to put out the fires, only to lay down at night wondering, "What is the point?" 

In 2020, I searched for exercises that would reduce anxiety, and this led me to Facebook, where I saw a Spring Forest Qigong practice, led by Master Chunyi Lin. Over the next 4 years, I became a Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) Certified Trainer and Practice Group Leader.
