Baseball Therapy for Optimal Performance 

Are you down with B.T.O.P.? Why is it that for most non-professional baseball junkies we are told to “enjoy it while it lasts” because after high school or college we will likely "hang it up"? It's not that way for most other sports. So why is baseball getting picked on?

The point I’m making is that your baseball days don’t have to be over because you’re no longer playing in a league. You can make baseball a part of your life for the rest of your life.  

This channel was created by an old guy baseballer for other old guy (gal) baseballers. This channel is about being a baseballer to the core. After one year of college ball, I, the creator, “hung it up.” And for the next 20 years I barely picked up a bat. But then I discovered amateur baseball, the flame within me was rekindled and quickly caught fire. My hope is to encourage you to not only train for the sport, but to also let yourself live and breathe it....you know, just as it should be. Let's play ball!
