Elena Claire (formerly Harshini Busireddy)

Hi! I’m Elena.

This channel holds videos from across my work and life — reflections on self-perception, trauma, disability, nervous-system experience, care, relationships, well-being, and the systems we build around human lives.

I’m the author of Built, Not Born — Meeting Yourself as You Are, my memoir, and the founder of The Sahana Movement, an ecosystem of work building a world that meets beings as they are, with well-being at the center.

Some videos here were originally published under the name Harshini Busireddy. I now publish and work publicly as Elena Claire.

Thank you for being here.
