Harry Richard Performance Training

Hello Everyone! I’m Harry, a UK-born personal trainer and hybrid performance coach based in Perth, Australia. 

I work with everyday people to increase their strength and fitness through endurance, resistance training and nutrition. I also work with aspiring and established athletes to maximise performance for Hyrox, Endurance racing, and Triathlons. 

My mission is to improve the live of people through fitness, from parents and professionals who want to feel fitter, to athletes  chasing victories.

My channel features a number of topics, including:
1. General shorts for guidelines on how to train and hit your goals solo
2. Longer videos that break down some common topics in more depth.
3. A library of short, practical exercise demos to help you train with confidence and proper technique.
