Harry | Fortiv

Fitness for adults 35 to 55 who have tried the apps and quit. I'm Harry, founder of Fortiv. I share real training data on strength training after 40, zone 2 cardio, and building a plan you can sustain when work, family and travel get in the way.

Fortiv is an iOS app that tracks your consistency across strength, zone 2 and weight, then shows you the one thing to adjust next. It warns you. It never changes your plan for you.
