Haints

Haints are a four-piece punk rock/post-hardcore band from Oxford — Kris on vocals and guitar, James on bass, Ed on drums and Harry on vocals and guitar — connected by a love of music that's as furious as it is felt. Influenced by Rival Schools, Refused, Quicksand, Fugazi, Jawbreaker and Lifetime, in two years they've torn up stages across the county creating a noise that stays with you long after the ringing stops.

Punchline dropped on April Fool's Day 2025 straight onto BBC Introducing Oxfordshire & Berkshire. Pocketbook followed in October, adding Kerrang! Radio's New Blood with Alex Baker to the mix. Hollow Temples in May 2026 went further still — earning plays from Dave Gilyeat and Daniel P. Carter on BBC Radio 1's Rock Show.

With shows across the UK throughout 2026 and a debut album due in 2027, Haints are only just getting started. The best is still to come.
