HRwithsolomon

People. Purpose. Growth.

Welcome to HR with Solomon, hosted by Solomon Koilraj.

I am an HR student at the College of the North Atlantic (CNA) in St. John’s and a student member of CPHR NL. This channel bridges the gap between classroom theory and real-world practice through the eyes of a future HR professional.

On this channel, we explore:

Leader Interviews: Insights from HR Directors and industry experts.

Career Growth: Practical tips on mentorship, recruitment, and professional success.

The Human Touch: Why empathy and connection are the keys to a thriving workplace.

I believe HR is about more than just policies—it’s about empowering people. Join me as I interview leaders and share my journey into the Newfoundland and Labrador HR community.

Subscribe to grow with me.
