Hold Out The Lifeline: A Mission To Families

Hold Out the Lifeline: A Mission to Families is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Columbia, South Carolina. The organization was founded in 1990 with the mission of "improving the physical, mental, social, educational, environmental, and spiritual health of families." Hold Out the Lifeline works to achieve its mission through a variety of programs and initiatives, including Mental Health First Aid training, secondhand smoke prevention and education, tobacco cessation support and resources, opioid awareness and prevention, safe medication storage and disposal, and community recovery support.  

Hold Out the Lifeline is committed to working with faith-based communities and other organizations to improve the health and well-being of families. The organization's programs and initiatives are designed to help families overcome barriers to health care, build strong relationships, and create healthy communities.
