Gutters First

Welcome to the official Gutters First YouTube channel.

I’m Ninja Ed. I operate above the ground level — on rooftops, along gutter lines, and across the systems most people never look at until something goes wrong.

This channel explores how structures, water, weather, and small details interact over time. Through stories, visual narratives, simulations, and real-world observation, we break down how systems work, how they quietly fail, and what signals appear long before damage is obvious.

Some content is grounded in real environments. Some is illustrated, stylized, or simulated. All of it is built to teach awareness, pattern recognition, and cause-and-effect — helping people understand what’s happening above them before it shows up below.

Gutters First is the foundation, but the mission goes further: documenting systems, decisions, and outcomes at scale — and building knowledge that compounds.
