The Guiding Hands Initiative

Motivation, discipline and real talk for anybody ready for a second chance, from a journeyman electrician in Anchorage, Alaska.

I came up the hard way. Now I teach the trade. On this channel:
• Sunday Talks with Johnny: real motivation, no fluff
• Rewire Your Mindset: quick words to carry you all week
• Electrical tips: test before you touch, wire colors, Ohm's law and more
• Stories from the road, and from the people walking it now

The Guiding Hands Initiative runs Rewiring the Hustle, a 12-week electrical pre-apprenticeship for second-chance adults, and the Blueprint Path Tour for schools and youth programs across Alaska.

We used to have clean hands and dirty money. Now we got dirty hands and clean money.
