Guardian Angels - Spirit Guides

Have a pen and a book opened up. Meditate for 15 minutes. 

Say aloud: I am protected by the love of God. Only those entities of the highest intentions and unconditional love can pass through my door. If others should try, my door will immediately close, effectively blocking them out. This is my prayer of protection, Amen.

If you have a desk or table, sit there with the pen tip touching the page.
Your hand must hold the pen very softly, and somewhere in the middle of the pen.
Don't rest your arm on the desk. Keep it up in a comfortable position.
Say/think, "Will my guide write with me."
Wait 5 minutes (while holding your pen and arm still, in that position)

If your arm is moving the pen (on its own) and there is pressure/electric feeling anywhere in your arm, then you made a connection. 
If nothing happens, close the book and try later. 

Once you've made a connection, ask questions such as, "How many are you?", "Are you male or female?", "What are your names?"(if its more than 1)
