The science is clear. When we compound any behaviours often enough, they become automatic. But we're not talking about brushing our teeth- that's autopilot.

I am obsessed with wasted human potential. 

When we compound behaviours that don't serve us, they become automatic too:  

not speaking up, 
putting others first, 
speaking over people, 
endless scrolling or 
waiting to be noticed.

Its called The Sleepwalking Effect™. It's more expensive personally and in our businesses because it causes disengagement.
