Growin' Out Loud, Darlin'

Too many times I have heard business leaders refer to the journey toward personal achievement as The GRIND. But in my own experience, through some simple perspective shifts and practices the GRIND can be turned to a GOLD experience. Is this journey easy? No. It is worth it? Yes. Why does it matter? Because if you are truly committed to personal achievement...however you define that....then you have to find a way to make the daily effort feel good, fulfilling and uplifting. You can only take so much GRIND but we can all take a little more GOLD.
