Groundlock Lab

Groundlock Lab documents real founder training and the gear used along the way. We’re starting with deadlift shoes featuring a zero-drop design, wide toe box and quick-adjust drawcord.

Expect training logs, technique notes, failed reps, adjustments, product fit and design details, and weekly recaps.

Groundlock Lab is operated by Zeenova Inc.
