Griff’s Garlic is a small-batch garlic grower in Central Alberta.

Follow along as we share practical tips from our own garlic patch—from planting and growing to scapes, harvesting, curing and selecting seed.

We grow hardneck garlic suited to Alberta’s prairie climate and select our best bulbs each year for seed.
