Welcome to my corner of the techniverse!  With this channel, my goal is to bring you healthy living content that is fun and easy to work into your busy lives.  As a massage therapist and former professional dancer and fitness instructor, I'll add content for making your physical body (and thus the mind) feel free, flexible and strong.  As a health coach with an emphasis on a passion for nutrition, I'll bring you fun cooking content and recipes that are simple for busy families. I am nationally board certified health coach, certified in Functional Medicine Coaching which means the connection between food and chronic disease holds a special place in my heart.  But food and movement are only 2 legs of a table.  For full support, sleep, stress, even discovering one's purpose are all necessary to experience a balanced life.  I'm here to help!
