GoRascalJohn · GoRascal Inc.

Howdy, I'm John Stafford, a loan officer with GoRascal Inc. in Odessa, Texas.

On this channel I go through sample Loan Estimates line by line, so you can spot padded fees, points you didn't ask for, and numbers that don't add up before you sign anything. Plain talk, no sales pitch.

Already got a Loan Estimate from another lender? YouTube doesn't have DMs, so send it to me on TikTok or Instagram @gorascaljohn, or call or text 713-728-6662. I'll look it over myself and tell you straight whether I can do better.

I'm licensed in Texas and Tennessee, and I also help rental investors with DSCR loans (business-purpose only, not available in all states).
