Lymphatic Health is "having a moment" right now, but how do you decipher whether you need support? What products work and are gimmicks?  I'm a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and hope to bring awareness and education to anyone interested in supporting their lymphatic system. Whether you have diagnosis of Lymphedema or just need a little boost to "Find Your Flow," I aim to provide clear, evidence-based information.
