GLS is dedicated to addressing the “human factor” in information security. According to current market research, the biggest threat to organizations’ cyber infrastructure in 2018 is the employee. Phishing scams, password hacks, and even breaches that take advantage of weak system security are all ultimately caused, or at least facilitated, by unwitting employees. At GLS, we believe that continual, integrated education and fostering security-mindedness across organizations is the best way to mitigate that risk. By working alongside our clients to train each and every employee—using general security courses, specific role-based training, and regular assessments—we help ensure that all employees understand how to spot and avoid the latest threats.
