Gianluca Carella | Pool Service Academy

This channel breaks down how to build, scale, and exit a pool service business—from buying your first pool route to running a real pool company at scale.

I built this channel to help fellow skimmers with big goals turn pool cleaning into a real business. Im going to talk about what actually works, what doesn't work and how to start operating with scale in mind—no hype, no theory, and no “get rich quick” talk.

Everything shared here comes from lived experience. My business was built, systemized, and eventually sold for millions of dollars. Along the way came missed stops, cash-flow pressure, route density problems, software shortages, hiring mistakes, upset customers, and other lessons we had to learn the hard way.

Hopefully my challenges can become your successes.
