GettingFIT my journey 

I have been very overweight and unhealthy for over 15 years now!
 I have horrible eating habits, I eat a lot and all the time. I do love cooking and thats the death of me. 
 I haven't exercise in few year's.  
I can't fit into many rides in themes Parks and all my clothes are ugly and huge! My shirt is plus size double xx and my pants are size 20 or 22  😞 as I'm writing this is January 1st 2025, this will be my journey and documentation to keep me accountable! I have failed so many diets before and started so many without bigger success.  Wish me luck and let's go!! 🙏
