How does HR change when people work alongside AI?

I’m Eduard Ponomarev. I’ve spent 15 years automating HR processes. Now I explore how a deep understanding of those processes helps us build new solutions with AI.

Short visual explainers on onboarding, learning, feedback, HR process design and practical uses of AI. Each video offers one clear idea to try at work.

This channel is part of my personal GenAI HR laboratory. AI is a creative partner: it helps develop ideas, write, code and create visual stories. I set the direction, context and architecture of our experiments.

Videos are created with AI. The synthetic narration is not my own voice. Examples are fictional and do not describe any particular employer.
