Gaia Somasca Psychotherapy

Gaia Soma Somatic Therapy & Wellness | Scotts Valley, CA and Online | (505) 303-0137

Gaia Soma is a somatic psychotherapy practice specializing in the "bottom-up" healing of trauma, chronic stress, and nervous system dysregulation. Led by Kelly Marcott, MS, LPCC, we move beyond traditional talk therapy by integrating the wisdom of the body. Our approach is grounded in Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing, helping clients release stored survival energy and transition from states of "freeze" or hypervigilance into felt safety and presence.

This channel explores the mind-body connection, nervous system regulation, and the reclamation of the "soma" as an ally in healing. We provide education on how trauma lives in the muscles and breath, offering tools to restore vitality and resilience. If you’re looking for a holistic, trauma-informed space to reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence, you’re in the right place.
