Gabriela the Lawyer

Hello, I’m Gabriela Torres, a Latina attorney, mother of four, and advocate for both students with disabilities and environmental justice.  For years, I’ve fought for students' rights in California and worked on critical issues like clean water, clean energy, and climate change.
In this next chapter, I’m looking to amplify my impact by sharing legal insights, resources, and lessons learned from my journey as a first-generation American and bilingual advocate (English/Spanish). I’m passionate about mentoring young Latina leaders and helping ensure that every student and community has access to the support they deserve.
