It is the understanding that consciousness itself is a potent force, and that by directing our awareness, our intent, and our symbolic representations, we can profoundly influence our inner landscape. This is not about invoking supernatural powers, but about harnessing the inherent power of the human mind, the power of focused attention, and the deep-seated human capacity for symbolic understanding.
