Gabby's Girls & More

The Official Channel for the Gabby's Girls & More© Children's Series. Gabby's Girls & More is a character series inspired by Gabrielle, the oldest child of the Sanders Family. The creation of this series started with the purpose of representation. Author, Creator, and Illustrator James Sanders knows that there is not a large assortment of books that are easily accessible with children of color, and with various unique characteristics (autism, down syndrome, depression). So he aimed to change that.

The goal is to instill a level of pride, as well as a sense of belonging in those children that these books are meant to represent. Additionally, the types of books that will be featured on the site will emphasize themes of inclusiveness, emotional intelligence and understanding, as well as learning situations and experiences. The hope is that these books will be a vehicle for parents/caregivers and children alike to have meaningful conversations around the various topics, while having fun.
