Therefore, we promote good governance in all organisations, based on clear roles, qualitative decision-making, ethics and integrity. Governance includes leadership and entrepreneurship and seeks a balance between daring and doing. Sustainable value creation is the ultimate goal.

We realise our mission through our 3 strategic pillars: knowledge development, lifelong learning and reach. 

Founded in 1995, we have become the reference centre for good governance in Belgium and we represent a network of more than 3.000 directors, entrepreneurs, CEOs and top managers. We have a European presence through our leading role in the European Confederation of Directors Associations (ecoDa).
