Girls on the Run of the North State

This channel is for Girls on the Run of the North State (GOTR NS). GOTR NS is a non-profit youth empowerment program that offers after-school and summer programs that teach life skills and build confidence in girls in 3rd to 8th grades. Way more than a running program, GOTR's mission is to inspire girls to lead joyful, healthy and confident lives. We accomplish this by delivering a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates the power of running.
