From the lost kitchen

Hello Friends,

Welcome to my channel From the lost kitchen.

I am Sahithi. Though I was a software engineer earlier, now I feel I have finally landed where my real passion lies.

I have created this channel to share my passion for cooking and love for Indian super foods as well with the world. I am trying to add a healthy twist to the modern foods and at the same time respecting our age old food heritage.

Explore local foods - fresh markets, various spices and try to create a fusion of them with the foods that you have grown up eating. It doesn't necessarily have to look fancy.

FOOD IS LIFE !!! Love and Enjoy your FOOOOD and most importantly have FUN with it.
