香港地球之友成立於1983年，是本港其中一個歷史最悠久的環保團體。本會致力推動政府、企業和公眾，共建可持續發展的環保政策、營商方式和生活形式，以提升香港及鄰近地區的環境質素。

A prominent local green group, Friends of the Earth (HK) was established in 1983 and is dedicated to protecting the environment locally and regionally by engaging government, business and society in promoting solutions to create environmentally sustainable public policies, business practices and lifestyles, in Hong Kong and surrounding regions.
