Free the Caged Bird

Come with me on a journey of mind, body, soul as I navigate a new life post brain injury. There are so many new-old things to see. In so many ways I have become the person I've always strived to be and found aspects of myself that have been long buried. I am on a quest of healing, re-implementing the many things I already know and being kind to myself as I learn beyond that. There's much to unpack, will you free the caged bird with me and within yourself?
