This channel is dedicated to helping us return to the body, soften the mind, and rediscover our natural sense of being.

My meditation and yoga teaching is shaped by much practice (since around 2010), self-study, and learning from different teachers and lineages. I have also trained in mindfulness teaching under the guidance of Christopher Titmuss, former Buddhist monk, author, and Dharma teacher.

This is a space for presence, body awareness, depth of the heart, and inner freedom.
