Free Yourself From Burnout

At one point or another, many of us have felt as though stress has brought us to the point where true happiness seems elusive. One of the most common stressors is the work that we do. We begin our work with enthusiasm, but it becomes increasingly unbearable as time goes on.

This happened to me. I worked so hard I became overwhelmed and could no longer do my job. I had to step back, reconsider, and release the habits and thinking patterns which were keeping me stuck. My desire for change led me to embark on a spiritual journey, where I ultimately awakened to the fact that I am not my job or any other role that I play. I am an eternal soul having a human experience, a soul my Creator loves unconditionally.

Welcome to the Free Yourself From Burnout You Tube channel, which invites you to embark on your own spiritual journey, a journey which leads to an understanding of purpose, and to the joy and inner peace we all deserve.

Namaste,
Lynne
