France Midi

🚀 Work With Me - I help others make the same leap,
Settling in the Midi, navigating French life, and discovering the real South.

I’m Koenraad Guldentops — entrepreneur, homeowner, and someone who rebuilt his entire life in the Midi. After 25+ years in IT & Telecom (including nearly 15 years at Cisco), I left the corporate world and started over in the South of France.

That meant learning everything from managing holiday homes to welding gates, building websites, and installing security systems. I didn’t just change countries — I changed my life —.

Now I help others do the same:

• settling in the Midi
• navigating French administration
• discovering the real South of France — Le Golfe du Lion, La Côte Bleue, the Cévennes, the Pyrenees, and beyond
• exploring local life, culture, and outdoor activities

If you dream of living in the South of France, this channel shows you the region, the lifestyle, and the transition — through real experience, not theory.
