ForwardPass | Smart Lockers for IT Device Handoffs

ForwardPass smart lockers automate device handoffs — loaners, repairs, deployments, replacements, and charging — so users self-serve in minutes while IT has full visibility into every exchange.

Built for K–12 districts, universities, and modern workplaces, ForwardPass supports IT, operations, and academic teams that manage thousands of laptops, tablets, and other devices across sites.

Our mission is to simplify device management with a seamless handoff system that gives IT complete transparency and accountability — while ensuring users enjoy effortless, always-ready access to their devices.

At its core, ForwardPass isn’t just about devices — it’s about time. Time IT teams get back from lines and manual handoffs. Time educators and managers can spend teaching and leading instead of troubleshooting logistics. Time students and employees stay focused on what matters, not waiting for a working device. Because it’s about time.
