Fort Bend Anti-Trafficking Collective (ATC)

The Fort Bend Anti-Trafficking Collective (ATC) is a community-led coalition of law enforcement, service providers, advocates, and local stakeholders committed to preventing human trafficking, enhancing victim support, and improving multidisciplinary response in Fort Bend County, Texas. The ATC brings together expertise from the district attorney’s office, local police departments, nonprofit service agencies, child welfare advocates, healthcare partners, and education systems to coordinate resources, share best practices, and build community awareness. Through collaboration, training, and shared protocols, the collective works to identify and support survivors, disrupt trafficking networks, strengthen community capacity, and promote trauma-informed, victim-centered approaches. The ATC embodies a unified, strategic effort to reduce trafficking, increase public understanding, and ensure that victims receive comprehensive services with dignity and respect.
