Julia Calvina Essome

Hello my name is Julia Calvina; you can call me Julia as well. I am a mother of 4 boys, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Public Health and soon a Master’s degree in Health Administration and Policies. I am ambitious, funny, and full of joy.

On this channel I will post about my daily life as a mother, a working parent as a civilian and military member. I will talk about my small business, healthcare, fitness, and I can give some advice on how to move forward in my field of work.

I hope to be an inspiration to many girls/women out there and I hope you will enjoy my content.

Sit Tight and Enjoy!! 😍😁😁😘
